Location: Paris-based, with remote work and relocation support available in France

What you will do

• Define project scope, create schedules, allocate studio resources, and track progress.
• Mitigate production risks and support important project decisions.
• Champion the game vision and provide feedback on gameplay and player experience.
• Oversee quality assurance for Castle Busters.
• Establish and improve development workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement production best practices.
• Collaborate with a senior, multidisciplinary studio team to develop a market-ready mobile game.

Requirements

• Master's degree from a top engineering or business school, including the Programme Grande Ecole.
• 1–2 years of experience in video games, consulting, strategy, or operations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to synthesize complex information for different stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, resilience, and the ability to motivate a team through challenges.
• Fluent English and French required.
