What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions for clients.
• Translate business requirements into technical architectures and solutions.
• Lead and participate in project planning, estimation, and Agile delivery activities.
• Guide development teams on Salesforce best practices and design patterns.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Resolve technical challenges, optimize solutions, and track Salesforce platform updates and industry trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solutions Architect, Salesforce Consultant, or Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, configuration, security and permissions management, data migration, and data modeling.
• Understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components design considerations.
• Experience with Agile methodology, including backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint planning.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing and sometimes undefined requirements.
