Associate Investigator (Fraud)

What you will do

• Investigate potential guideline violations, complex user requests, and high-profile customer support escalations.
• Educate property owners and users on moderation policies and collaborate with the fraud team.
• Perform quality audits, participate in calibration calls, and develop training and knowledge-base materials for offshore delivery teams.
• Use digital forensics and open-source intelligence to detect, prevent, and remove fraudulent or biased high-risk content.
• Use SQL and data analysis to track metrics, identify content trends, prepare cases for Legal, and propose policy updates.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in direct customer support, fraud, Trust & Safety, or content moderation.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, multitasking, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience creating training documentation, maintaining knowledge bases, and performing quality audits.
• Ability to use feedback, QA scores, and metrics to improve performance.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with global and offshore delivery teams.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Tableau, Jira, or Confluence.
• Fluency in multiple languages.
