Fraud Team Manager, Out of Hours

Location: Remote (UK). Working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 5:00pm to 1:30am.

Salary: £32,200–£43,600 per year, plus a £2,503 overnight allowance and performance-based incentive awards.

What you will do

• Manage the personal and professional development of approximately 12 Fraud Investigators.
• Analyse and report on performance, absence, wellbeing, service levels, complaints, and quality assurance results.
• Provide technical coaching, actionable feedback, learning support, and performance guidance.
• Lead wellbeing, return-to-work, absence, and employee relations processes with empathy and transparency.
• Support hiring, communicate operational changes, and connect team contributions to wider business goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and help minimise control breaches and risk events.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and people management experience.
• Strong fraud subject matter expertise with the ability to resolve complex and technical escalations.
• Experience coaching and developing teams and individuals.
• Experience identifying performance and wellbeing trends and delivering appropriate support.
• Ability to provide specific, actionable feedback, work independently, collaborate effectively, and prioritise time-sensitive workloads.
• Must be based in the UK for this remote role.
