Grocery & Distribution - Project Manager III

Location: On-site positions in Phoenix, Arizona; Houston, Texas; or Lenexa, Kansas, United States. Occasional travel of 10–15% may be required.

What you will do

• Lead high-profile, complex, or multi-phase building design and construction projects across multiple disciplines.
• Develop and negotiate proposals, contracts, scopes of work, fee matrices, and budgets.
• Direct project deliverables, resources, quality standards, and financial performance across multiple teams.
• Manage client communication, satisfaction, project risks, sub-consultants, and conflict resolution.
• Lead program management activities where applicable, including contract development and resource planning.
• Mentor project teams, support business development, strengthen client relationships, and integrate sustainability actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, or business; relevant AEC or professional services experience may substitute.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 9 years in project management; 14 years are required without a degree.
• Advanced proficiency in project management standards and execution.
• Advanced knowledge of building design and construction principles.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility will be verified.
