What you will do

• Coach assigned advisor books on continuous use of CRM, portfolio management, custodial, and AI-enabled tools.
• Run technology demonstrations and sandbox sessions for prospective advisors during recruiting.
• Lead platform-proficiency training during every advisor transition.
• Support affiliation-platform changes and resolve adoption friction.
• Identify utilization gaps as coaching and retention signals for the Advisor Success Leader.

Requirements

• Seven or more years of experience in wealth management technology enablement, platform consulting, or advisor training.
• Hands-on fluency with CRM, portfolio management, custodial, and AI-enabled advisor tools.
• Demonstrated success driving measurable utilization improvements across an advisor or user base.
• Ability to lead credible live demonstrations for prospective advisors in a competitive recruiting environment.
• Bachelor's degree required.
