TL;DR
Senior Thought Leader Liaison, Lung and Head and Neck Oncology - Midwest (Oncology/Medical Affairs): Leading Great Plains KOL engagement, marketing education, and faculty development strategies for lung and head and neck oncology with an accent on regional insights, stakeholder collaboration, and patient impact. Focus on building KOL relationships, analyzing treatment-pattern variations, shaping innovative educational platforms, and coordinating brand strategy across cross-functional teams.

Location: Field-based in the United States, supporting the Great Plains District across Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, and Illinois; greater than 50% travel, up to 65%, is required. A valid U.S. driver's license is required. Many educational events may take place on weekends.

Base pay: $137,000–$235,750 per year.

What you will do

  • Lead regional KOL engagement, marketing education, faculty development, and peer-to-peer marketing strategies.
  • Provide local market insights to the RYBREVANT Brand team and shape future brand strategies.
  • Build relationships with academic and community KOLs, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Track regional lung and head and neck oncology trends and coordinate engagement plans with cross-functional partners.
  • Use analytics on regional treatment patterns to inform program placement, monitor budgets, and support business planning.
  • Shape innovative educational platforms, congress engagement, brand strategy, agency management, and potential development of other oncology TLLs.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in a related field required; an MBA, MD, PharmD, PhD, or related graduate degree is preferred.
  • At least 6 years of experience in marketing, medical affairs, key account management, sales, or sales leadership, ideally involving KOLs or influential healthcare professionals.
  • Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, developing strategies, innovating, and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to build lasting customer relationships with a strong focus on patient impact and customer centricity.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license required.
  • Greater than 50% travel, up to 65%, is required for field-based events, meetings, congresses, and programs.

Nice to have

  • Pharma or biotech experience engaging with KOLs and professional healthcare associations.
  • Medical or scientific oncology expertise and understanding of the oncology marketplace.
  • Leadership through change, transformation, and strong communication skills.
  • Interest in emerging technologies such as AI and experience applying new tools.
