Human Resources Partner

Location: Nampa, Idaho, United States; onsite

Salary: $76,050–$112,385 per year

What you will do

• Coach employees and supervisors on personnel topics, company policies, values, and employment law.
• Facilitate meetings, investigate employee relations matters, and recommend objective resolutions.
• Recruit, interview, and hire employees while supporting legal hiring practices.
• Develop and roll out career ladders with subject matter experts.
• Prepare HR reports, policies, disciplinary documents, and other workforce information.
• Deliver HR training and propose solutions to improve processes and procedures.

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least four years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
• Knowledge of employment law and legal hiring practices and procedures.
• Strong listening, interviewing, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-resolution skills.
• Ability to investigate and resolve employee relations situations while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS systems and processes.

Nice to have

• PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification.
• HR Generalist experience.
