Quality Control Incoming Inspection (Medtech)

Location: Chaska, Minnesota, United States; on-site role

Salary: $20–$23 per hour, with eligibility for bonus or incentive pay

What you will do

• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of incoming raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Verify Certificates of Analysis, Certificates of Conformance, purchase orders, drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, optical comparators, and other inspection equipment.
• Identify, quarantine, and document non-conforming materials, initiating Material Review Board processes when required.
• Maintain inspection data, test results, and quality records in quality management systems or databases.
• Communicate inspection results and potential quality issues to Purchasing, Production, and Engineering.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in quality control or inspection, preferably in manufacturing.
• Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment weighing up to 25 lb.
• Ability to work on-site in Chaska, Minnesota.

Nice to have

• Associate's degree in a technical field or a relevant quality certification, such as ASQ Certified Quality Inspector.
• Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Experience using precision measurement tools and equipment.
