Enterprise Change Management - Head of Innovation (AI)

Location: Chicago, IL; hybrid role. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $164,600–$288,000 USD per year, plus benefits and a discretionary bonus program.

What you will do

• Set up and oversee the innovation structure, framework, policies, procedures, and controls for Enterprise Change Management.
• Design future-state operating models that use AI, data, automation, and technology to improve efficiency, risk management, and decision-making.
• Work with business, change management, architecture, engineering, and platform teams to identify opportunities and deploy AI, analytics, workflow, and data solutions.
• Build prototypes and production-ready solutions, including integrations, APIs, automation workflows, and custom applications.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps and feedback loops covering execution, adoption, reporting, oversight, monitoring, and value realization.
• Drive adoption, training, stakeholder engagement, and AI enablement across Enterprise Change Management and the wider organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience implementing AI models or tooling, preferably in a change management context.
• Strong understanding of change management, automation, RPA, AI enablement, and complex business processes.
• Experience with AI copilots, agentic workflows, RAG architectures, intelligent automation, orchestration frameworks, vector databases, or prompt engineering.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Azure Data Platform; familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.

• Advanced degree or certification such as PMP, CAPM, CCMP, or CMS.
