Lead Marketing Compliance Specialist (Crypto)

What you will do

• Review marketing, advertising, sponsorship, branding, promotional, affiliate, and customer communication materials for regulatory compliance.
• Advise Marketing, Business Development, and regional teams on applicable requirements, regulatory risks, and mitigation measures.
• Interpret and apply marketing, advertising, and financial promotion rules across relevant jurisdictions.
• Maintain compliance frameworks, review protocols, internal guidance, and regulatory trackers.
• Monitor regulatory developments, support incident investigations and remediation, and prepare risk reporting.
• Deliver compliance training and support regulatory enquiries or engagements related to marketing activities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, marketing compliance, financial promotions, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of marketing, advertising, and financial promotion requirements in regulated industries.
• Experience reviewing campaigns, sponsorships, promotions, customer communications, and affiliate activities.
• Experience interpreting regulatory requirements and translating them into practical business guidance; multi-jurisdictional experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
• Fluent English required. Legal qualification is preferred.
