Manager, Product Management (SaaS Platform)

Location: US Remote

Salary: $127,000–$203,000 per year plus eligibility for a variable compensation plan.

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, vision, roadmap, backlog, and release planning for the hirify.globalCloud platform.
• Balance maintenance, architecture, and new feature priorities to maximize release value.
• Partner with customers, business lines, product owners, Agile teams, engineering, and UX to define and deliver platform capabilities.
• Represent customer needs in team meetings and develop personas, product capabilities, and success metrics.
• Monitor product status, delivery metrics, release backlogs, and product outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and contribute to go-to-market, sales enablement, training, and market positioning.

Requirements

• BS degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with software platform design concepts and components.
• 3+ years of people management experience; 5+ years of Product Management experience is desirable.
• Experience managing enterprise software applications or large-scale SaaS product initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile Product Management and software development methodologies.
• Knowledge of modern technology and architectural patterns, cloud product development, services, and APIs, with strong communication and analytical skills.
