SEC Reporting Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: London, UK; hybrid

Salary: £90,000–£110,000 per year, plus equity, discretionary bonus, and benefits.

hirify.global is building a vertically integrated AI infrastructure platform spanning capital, data centre clusters, and software across the UK, Norway, Germany, Spain, and the US.

What you will do

• Prepare US GAAP consolidated financial statements and full footnote disclosures for audit and SEC filing.
• Build and maintain disclosure checklists and reporting calendars for annual and interim reporting cycles.
• Draft SEC-standard disclosures for F-1 and 20-F filings, including MD&A support.
• Own the tie-out process, ensuring every reported number is supported, referenced, and reviewable.
• Manage consolidation and foreign currency translation mechanics under ASC 830, while coordinating audit deliverables and auditor requests.
• Develop UK statutory bridge outputs, disclosure management tools, XBRL readiness, and quarterly reporting processes.

Requirements

• ACA, CPA, or equivalent qualification with 5+ years of experience, including financial statement preparation under US GAAP.
• Hands-on experience drafting or auditing SEC filings such as 10-K, 20-F, F-1, or S-1.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP disclosures, consolidation, and foreign currency translation.
• Experience working with external auditors through year-end reporting cycles.
• Meticulous documentation and tie-out discipline, with the ability to build reporting processes from scratch.
• Must have the right to work in the UK and be able to work in a hybrid London-based role.

Nice to have

• IPO-readiness, foreign private issuer, or first-time-adoption experience.
