Senior Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Build session and context infrastructure with persistence, resumption, hand-over, reasoning trails, identity, and entitlement resolution.
• Develop retrieval and grounding across structured records and documents, including manuals, engineering drawings, certification directives, and contracts.
• Build agentic workflow runtime capabilities for multi-step tool use and human-in-the-loop decisions.
• Support speech and image inputs alongside text for operational use cases.
• Develop evaluation harnesses to validate AI output quality and autonomy before release.
• Build language interfaces for scheduling and optimisation engines, alongside security controls for prompt injection, personal data, auditability, and data residency.

Requirements

• Production experience building AI-native products, GenAI solutions, RAG pipelines, hybrid retrieval, embeddings, and agentic systems.
• Experience with Go and Python in production environments.
• Experience with service-to-service integration and orchestration using n8n, Temporal, MuleSoft, Apache Camel, or Boomi.
• Experience building multi-tenant SaaS solutions, operating API gateways such as Kong or Tyk, and developing API products.
• Experience with Pydantic AI, LangChain, MCP, plan-based agentic development, Docker, Kubernetes, CNCF technologies, and CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience shipping production systems used by real customers; demo-only, hackathon, or personal-project experience is insufficient.
