What you will do
- Own end-to-end delivery execution for Agentic AI solutions from proof of concept through production.
- Translate product scope and architectural direction into delivery plans, sprint cadence, milestones, and release readiness.
- Drive engineering execution, dependency management, issue resolution, risk reporting, and blocker removal.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors as an integrated delivery unit.
- Ensure environment readiness, CI/CD integration, quality gates, validation, controlled releases, and operational handover.
- Lead and mentor AI, data, and platform engineers while managing vendor-contributed work and delivery quality.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in engineering delivery roles with ownership of end-to-end delivery for complex systems.
- Experience delivering Agentic AI, AI-enabled, or data-intensive platforms involving reasoning, orchestration, retrieval, or automation.
- Experience delivering AI solutions in regulated or highly governed enterprise environments, including production readiness, auditability, and lifecycle controls.
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 7+ years of experience, in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Understanding of Agentic SDLC/ADLC, agent lifecycle management, evaluation, monitoring, feedback loops, behavioral drift, CI/CD, rollback strategies, and post-deployment monitoring.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala, with a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
