Salary: $58,400–$65,800 per year

What you will do

  • Coordinate oncology and non-oncology appointments, referrals, procedures, specialty care, labs, imaging, and external facility services for international patients.
  • Arrange telehealth visits in accordance with hospital and state or country guidelines.
  • Coordinate communication among patients, families, clinicians, interpreters, ambassadors, referral sources, finance teams, and external providers.
  • Monitor referrals, obtain financial clearance, manage discharge coordination, and support emergency rescheduling.
  • Provide after-hours assistance when needed and deliver concierge-level patient support.
  • Support process improvement, program initiatives, team coverage, and onboarding of new hires.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of administrative or customer service experience required, preferably in healthcare.
  • Knowledge of patient scheduling; oncology experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, critical thinking, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools; Epic knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to work with patients from varied countries and backgrounds while handling confidential information with cultural awareness and discretion.
