Pharmacy Network Coordinator (Healthcare)

Location: Remote; compensation is determined by geographic location, experience, and qualifications.

Salary: $70,000–$91,000 per year.

What you will do

• Maintain and audit pharmacy network directories, contracts, and credentialing records for accuracy and compliance.
• Obtain pharmacy licenses and certificates of insurance and verify eligibility through the NCPDP database and federal and state sources.
• Coordinate onboarding, terminations, and status changes for retail, mail-order, and specialty pharmacies.
• Serve as a day-to-day contact for network pharmacies and resolve claims, enrollment, and access issues.
• Partner with claims, clinical, benefit, and navigation teams to troubleshoot adjudication and payment issues.
• Prepare network reports for clients and help document and improve network operations processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in pharmacy benefits, PBM operations, network management, or a related healthcare role.
• Working knowledge of pharmacy network contracting, credentialing, or claims adjudication.
• Ability to work independently, manage data across multiple systems, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a service-first approach to pharmacy partners.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and driving outreach to pharmacy providers.
• Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, or Google Sheets.

Nice to have

• Experience with PBM or claims platforms.
• Familiarity with PBM regulatory and network adequacy requirements.
• Experience working directly with retail, mail-order, or specialty pharmacies.
• PTCB certification or a state license.
