Clinical Data Manager (Contract)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Support sponsor data management interactions and ensure deliverables meet approved scope, quality standards, and timelines.
• Define study requirements across protocol conversion, database build, CRF design, data entry, verification, review, and query management.
• Define specifications and collaborate with technical teams on elluminate configuration for data cleaning and oversight.
• Perform quality control on study documents, program and report specifications, deliverables, and elluminate modules.
• Conduct holistic data reviews and trending analyses to identify risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and reports to improve processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in clinical data management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong project management, team leadership, planning, delegation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, Microsoft Office, MS Project, and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines, 21 CFR Part 11, clinical trial methodology, EDC, and clinical data management systems.
• Experience with cloud SaaS platforms, data reporting tools, RBQM methodology, and CDISC guidelines is preferred.

Nice to have

• CCDM certification.
• Experience with Qlik, JReview, or Spotfire.
• Exposure to CDISC guidelines and standards.
