Senior QC Project Manager (Analytical Method Transfer)

What you will do

• Manage analytical method transfer projects from kick-off through close-out.
• Build and maintain Gantt charts, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, actions, and deliverable plans.
• Coordinate risk assessments, equipment and reagent requirements, training, testing activities, and analytical results.
• Prepare and review transfer documentation, including TTP, AMTP, AMTR, and close-out packages.
• Coordinate statistical analysis, issue resolution, change controls, project reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Identify improvements to templates, planning processes, and ways of working while collaborating with international teams.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in pharmaceutical quality control, analytical methods, or analytical method transfer.
• Strong project management, coordination, organisational, and parallel-project management skills.
• Solid understanding of GMP and pharmaceutical QC processes.
• Experience reviewing analytical data, performing or coordinating statistical analysis, managing change controls, and preparing technical documentation.
• Ability to work comfortably in English with international stakeholders.
• Must be based in Canada for this fully remote position.

• Experience with analytical method transfer in a pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience improving processes, automating activities, or creating project templates.
• Familiarity with TTP, AMTP, and AMTR documentation.
