Training Developer (Wind Energy)

What you will do

• Design and develop training content, learning materials, and learning solutions using established instructional design standards.
• Work with Competence Managers and subject matter experts to translate training needs into effective learning experiences.
• Ensure training content is accurate, engaging, audience-focused, and aligned with quality expectations.
• Manage assigned projects, deliverables, milestones, documentation, and stakeholder feedback.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and potential delays, and contribute to continuous improvement of training standards.

Requirements

• Experience designing and developing learning content with structured instructional design methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong capability in creating engaging training materials for diverse audiences.
• Proven organization and planning skills, including managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Commitment to applying standards, templates, and governance processes.
• Willingness to develop instructional design expertise and incorporate feedback.
