Associate Director, Field Reporting & Intelligence (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of commercial reporting and analytics solutions using enterprise tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Establish structured reporting as the governed foundation for commercial decisions, including standardized KPIs, business definitions, and reporting logic.
• Implement and govern AI-enabled conversational analytics, LLM-powered analytics, AI agents, and automated reporting workflows.
• Own semantic governance, KPI definitions, data stewardship, and alignment across reporting and AI-enabled consumption layers.
• Define the commercial reporting operating model, oversee development, QA, maintenance, and operational support, and coordinate distributed hub teams.
• Partner with Field Leadership, Brand Teams, Commercial Operations, Digital, Data Engineering, and Data teams to drive adoption and translate commercial data into actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in commercial reporting, analytics, or business intelligence; pharmaceutical or biotech experience is preferred.
• Experience with enterprise reporting tools such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Experience with pharmaceutical commercial data sources, semantic data models, KPI governance, or business rules frameworks is strongly preferred.
• Exposure to AI-enabled analytics, automation tools, or digital analytics capabilities.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, communication, influencing, change leadership, and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Experience working in or with offshore or hub operating models.
• Consulting experience in commercial reporting, analytics, or business intelligence.
