What you will do

• Define analytics priorities, operating plans, and performance measurement frameworks for the US HAE and immunoglobulin portfolio.
• Lead commercial data modeling, scenario analysis, market analysis, competitor analysis, and brand insight generation.
• Advise the US VP Marketing and Marketing Leadership Team on portfolio, investment, growth, and commercial decisions.
• Manage business analytics professionals and coordinate delivery through managed resources and offshore centers.
• Drive improvements in analytics methods, data identification, data science, tools, and team capabilities.
• Develop KPI dashboards and translate quantitative and qualitative information into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field; an MBA or postgraduate qualification is preferred.
• At least 12 years of relevant healthcare or pharmaceutical consulting experience.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and senior leadership through data-driven brand strategies and tactical plans.
• Experience leading teams in complex, fast-paced, global, matrixed, and cross-functional environments.
• Knowledge of US business, legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements, plus specialty or rare disease data.
• Advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial data, Microsoft Office Suite, and analytical methods; experience with IQVIA, Komodo, Symphony, Power BI, Tableau, SAP, or Model N is relevant.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the US plasma ecosystem, multi-product therapeutic-area portfolio management, and complex contracting approaches.
• Experience with Power BI and Tableau.
• Knowledge of SAP or Model N.
