About the Role
You will lead the design and delivery of foundational platform services. You will drive cross-team initiatives, evolve APIs, architect resilient multi-data-center systems, deploy and operate live services, improve observability and reliability, incorporate developer feedback, and mentor engineers.

- 7+ years of backend software development experience

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of foundational services
- Drive cross-team initiatives from discovery through production adoption
- Partner with product managers and engineers to define platform priorities
- Design and evolve APIs and adoption strategies
- Architect resilient solutions across multiple data centers
- Own deployment, observability, operation, and continuous improvement of live services
- Use developer feedback to improve platform services
- Mentor engineers and raise technical standards
