What you will do

• Lead the development and launch of self-driving technology for OEM customer projects.
• Represent customer needs and shape product requirements based on the underlying technology.
• Establish working models and process structures across internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage software and hardware component delivery from initiation through customer delivery.
• Manage complex ADAS requirements, including lineage, test coverage, and system architecture alignment.
• Coordinate customer ticket burndowns, driving-function rollouts, performance testing, and issue management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing or leading software development projects or teams.
• Proactive, self-organized project management approach and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and empathy in a multicultural work environment.
• Experience with program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, SM Suite, and SharePoint.
