Partner Solutions Architect (API Integrations)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 78,400–117,600 per year, plus equity, benefits, and potential bonus.

What you will do

• Advise third-party developers and partner teams on designing, building, testing, and integrating applications with REST APIs.
• Review partner solution architectures and integration plans, recommend scalable and secure approaches, and troubleshoot API implementations using tools such as Postman.
• Lead the technical certification process for partner applications before publication in the App Marketplace.
• Validate functional, security, quality, and compliance requirements; document feedback and support partners with remediation.
• Improve technical documentation, integration guides, Postman collections, certification criteria, and partner onboarding.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketplace operations teams while sharing partner feedback to improve API offerings and the partner experience.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in API integrations, solutions engineering, partner enablement, or technical account management.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful API design, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Postman for API testing and documentation.
• Understanding of authentication frameworks such as OAuth 2.0.
• Experience advising external technical teams or customers on integration projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
