Payroll Expert (Netherlands)

What you will do

• Share ownership of the end-to-end Dutch payroll process within a four-person team.
• Process accurate and compliant payroll for more than 1,800 employees, including time-tracking and blue-collar profiles.
• Collaborate with HR Service and payroll colleagues across Redcare countries.
• Support payroll system integration initiatives, including Workday.
• Coordinate with external payroll vendors and identify opportunities to improve payroll processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Dutch payroll experience, ideally in a large or scaling organization.
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and processing in the Netherlands.
• Hands-on experience with large payroll systems such as AFAS or ADP.
• Strong data, analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills.
• Pragmatic, collaborative, and able to work independently when needed.

Nice to have

• International payroll experience.
• Workday integration experience.
