Field Service Engineer (3D Printing)

Location: UK&Ireland region; candidates based in London, Manchester, or Dublin are highly preferred. The role requires travel 80% or more of the time and involves on-site customer work.

What you will do

• Install, commission, calibrate, and maintain 3D printing systems at customer sites.
• Deliver on-site user training covering equipment operation, software, and basic maintenance.
• Perform product demonstrations and act as the primary technical point of contact for customers.
• Respond to urgent breakdowns, diagnose electromechanical issues, and complete repairs with a focus on single-visit resolution.
• Manage preventative maintenance visits within the 90-day target window for warrantied customers.
• Coordinate travel independently and maintain installation, training, and repair records in Salesforce.

Requirements

• Based in London, Manchester, or Dublin is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel 80% or more of the time.
• Strong electromechanical and hardware technical background.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and train users.
• English proficiency at C1–C2 level.
• Valid Category B driver’s license.
