Customer Solutions Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the technical side of new-logo sales cycles, including discovery, architecture design, solution validation, and competitive positioning.
• Design and run proof-of-concepts and benchmarks using customer workloads and representative data.
• Set up sandbox environments and demonstrate Compute Engine and Elastic Compute capabilities across hirify.global Cloud and Hybrid environments.
• Prepare architecture proposals, PoC results, competitive responses, and technical materials that support commercial decisions.
• Work with sales on account targeting, pipeline development, and opportunity sizing.
• Share customer feedback and field observations with product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of presales or solution architecture experience, focused on new business and competitive sales cycles.
• Track record of contributing to new-logo wins through completed PoCs, closed competitive deals, and successful technical evaluations.
• Practical experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and knowledge of cloud-native and hybrid cloud data platforms.
• New-business experience in APJ, including Australia, Japan, ASEAN, Korea, or Taiwan.
• Knowledge of data platform architecture, parallel processing, lakehouse patterns, streaming ingestion, query benchmarking, RAG, vector stores, embedding models, and enterprise LLM workflows.
• Practical SQL and Python skills, strong presentation and writing skills, and knowledge of enterprise sales processes, sizing, licensing, and consumption models.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial services, retail and consumer goods, public sector, manufacturing, or supply chain environments in APJ.
• Experience using AI Studio or a comparable platform in customer demos or PoCs.
• Degree in computer science, software engineering, mathematics, data science, or a related field.
