Technical Support Engineer, Field - UK Remote (3D Printing)

Location: UK and Ireland; candidates should be based in London, Manchester, or Dublin. Travel to customer sites is required for 80% or more of the role.

What you will do

• Install, commission, calibrate, and maintain 3D printing systems at customer sites.
• Deliver structured user training, explain software and basic maintenance, and conduct product demonstrations.
• Respond to customer downtime and perform urgent break-fix repairs, including electromechanical troubleshooting.
• Complete preventative maintenance visits within the 90-day target window for warrantied customers.
• Manage complex travel arrangements, expenses, and a high volume of field activity.
• Record installations, training sessions, and repairs accurately in Salesforce.

Requirements

• Based in London, Manchester, or Dublin is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel 80% or more of the time.
• Strong electromechanical and hardware background.
• Ability to teach customers how to use and maintain technical equipment.
• English proficiency at C1–C2 level.
• Valid Category B driving licence required.
