Client Platforms Engineer Intern (Fintech)

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for IT support and log and prioritize requests through phone, email, and in-person channels.
• Troubleshoot hardware, desk setups, operating systems, and application issues.
• Resolve basic technical problems and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
• Maintain IT support records and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
• Assist with IT asset management and inventory tracking.
• Provide friendly and professional support to end users.

Requirements

• Expected graduation by Summer 2028.
• Strong interest in technology and IT systems.
• Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, or Linux, as well as hardware and software.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with a team.
