Recruiting Director (Talent Acquisition)

Location: Based in Los Angeles or Orange County, California, with regular office-based collaboration and local networking or client events as needed.

Base salary: $108,000–$136,000 annually, plus incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Develop and execute talent strategies aligned with client demand, workforce trends, and business growth.
• Partner with Sales, Talent, and Consulting to identify capability gaps, market opportunities, and practical talent solutions.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Finance, Accounting, and Technology professionals, from sourcing and assessment through offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build external talent pipelines and maintain strong networks across priority industries, functions, and markets.
• Match consultant capabilities, career goals, availability, and mobility with client opportunities to support deployment, development, retention, and redeployment.
• Monitor pipeline health, talent supply, deployment activity, retention trends, and workforce gaps while improving processes and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of progressive talent acquisition experience in staffing, consulting, or professional services.
• Experience recruiting accounting, finance, or technology professionals.
• Expertise in sourcing, talent assessment, workforce planning, consultant engagement, deployment, and retention.
• Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and hireEZ.
• Strong communication, influencing, negotiation, coaching, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in the local market and able to regularly participate in office-based collaboration and local client or market events.
