What you will do
- Provide Order-to-Cash subject matter expertise and transformation support for ERP implementation readiness.
- Apply best practices and external benchmarks to guide O2C design and implementation.
- Assess wave readiness, dependencies, risks, and entry criteria.
- Conduct gap analyses and define actions to close identified gaps.
- Coordinate cross-functional requirements and dependencies with GPO teams and support functions.
- Identify, resolve, and escalate O2C-related ERP implementation blockers while aligning with the broader GBS transformation agenda.
Requirements
- Experience with complex global projects and business environments.
- Strong governance and documentation skills.
- Problem-solving and data-driven decision-making ability.
- Cross-functional influence and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Understanding of ERP integrations.
- Exposure to AI.
Nice to have
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification in progress.
