Quality Intern (June - August 2027)

Location: Onsite at the hirify.global facility in Anoka, Minnesota, United States. The internship runs for 12 weeks full-time from May/June through August 2027. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Salary: $22 per hour for time worked.

What you will do

• Support continuous improvement of product and process quality in a manufacturing plant.
• Work with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality defects.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize data to prepare reports and recommendations.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions using 8D and seven-step corrective action methods.
• Develop and interpret quality metrics using statistical analysis software.
• Execute quality planning, control plans, measurement system analysis, process capability studies, SPC, PFMEA, and mistake-proofing activities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Expected undergraduate graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Ability to complete a full-time 12-week summer internship in Anoka, Minnesota, from May/June through August 2027.
• Current U.S. work authorization and legal authorization to work in the United States; hirify.global does not provide work authorization sponsorship.
• Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, organization, collaboration, adaptability, and follow-through.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
