Senior Lead, Technology Risk and Control

Salary: $95,600–$162,400 USD annual base pay

What you will do

• Lead the Technology Risk Treatment and risk acceptance process across Technology.
• Guide control officers, control owners, and stakeholders in identifying, assessing, documenting, and tracking technology risk acceptances.
• Analyze impact, likelihood, and mitigating controls; prepare risk assessments, severity ratings, and treatment recommendations.
• Lead governance forums, prepare committee materials, and track follow-up actions through resolution.
• Define KPIs and KRIs to improve program visibility and risk management.
• Coach team members and lead continuous improvement, maturity, documentation, and knowledge-management initiatives.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of experience in technology risk management, controls, audit, or related fields.
• Advanced expertise in technology and cybersecurity risks and controls, including resiliency, information security, SDLC, ITSM, operations, governance, SaaS, cloud, AI, and emerging technologies.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise GRC or IRM platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Strong communication, project management, program management, analysis, and relationship management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, CISM, or CISA.
