Sr. Manager - Technology Risk Management (Cybersecurity)

Location: On-site in Westlake, TX or Southlake, TX

Salary: $130,000–$190,000 per year, plus bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Assess infrastructure vulnerability risks affecting the security, availability, and reliability of the technology environment.
• Convert complex vulnerability data into clear risk insights, metrics, and narratives for senior leaders.
• Evaluate technology controls, remediation efforts, cybersecurity policies, standards, and internal control effectiveness.
• Identify recurring risk themes and recommend sustainable improvements across risk, cybersecurity, technology, data engineering, and reporting teams.
• Present conclusions and provide independent, constructive challenge to executive, committee, regulatory, and technical audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, risk management, cybersecurity, or internal audit.
• Experience with risk assessment, risk identification, and risk prioritization.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate technical risk clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
• Ability and expectation to work on site in Westlake, TX or Southlake, TX.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree and a CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment, risk mitigation, and technology infrastructure remediation.
• Experience with data analysis, visualization, analytics reporting, SQL, or Tableau.
• Financial services industry experience and practical knowledge of operational technology and cybersecurity risk management.
