AI Implementation Specialist (Generative AI/Automation): Designing, building, and deploying AI-powered solutions, agents, copilots, and automated workflows that improve business productivity with an accent on stakeholder consulting, scalable implementation, and secure AI governance. Focus on translating business needs into practical AI use cases, driving adoption through training and coaching, and ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and cybersecurity requirements.
Location: Budapest, Hungary; hybrid remote/office. Remote work is permitted within the country.

What you will do
- Identify, design, and implement AI use cases that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Build, deploy, and maintain AI agents, copilots, and automated workflows.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into practical AI solutions.
- Drive AI adoption through training sessions, workshops, and hands-on coaching.
- Ensure solutions comply with AI governance, information security, and release requirements.
- Develop scalable, reusable capabilities and introduce new AI-enabled ways of working.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI, AI agents, workflow automation, and digital transformation.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI Services, OpenAI technologies, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English required.

- Experience with enterprise AI deployments, AI governance, cybersecurity, compliance, and change management.
