Navigation and Surveillance Systems Commodity Manager

What you will do

• Establish, implement, and monitor sub-commodity strategies for navigation and surveillance systems.
• Manage supplier relationships, supplier development programmes, evaluations, and vendor management.
• Lead multifunctional teams involving Engineering, Finance, PMO, Quality, and other functions.
• Drive bids, tenders, supplier selection, negotiations, and contractual agreements.
• Lead procurement and value-creation initiatives focused on synergies, savings, and programme expectations.
• Assess market trends, cost drivers, pricing, lead times, and supply-chain risks.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or an equivalent field.
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement, engineering, services, or project management.
• Excellent negotiation, influencing, stakeholder-management, relationship-building, and conflict-management skills.
• Experience working successfully in a matrix environment and managing multifunctional stakeholders.
• Ability to anticipate, assess, and mitigate risks.
• Negotiation-level English required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP.
