Senior Technical Procurement Specialist

Location: Porto, Portugal; hybrid work with 3 days per week from the office and 2 days from home

What you will do

• Implement procurement action plans focused on cash and cost KPIs.
• Create non-catalogue purchase orders and manage supplier contracts.
• Support RFPs, vendor selection, negotiations, and business-needs prioritization.
• Assess vendor financial stability and risk while supporting supplier audits and compliant onboarding.
• Develop strategic relationships with stakeholders, business owners, and external suppliers.
• Collaborate with legal on non-standard vendor contracts and communicate business results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Fluent English and strong written and oral communication skills.
• 5+ years of relevant procurement experience.
• Experience with negotiation, project management, and supplier relationship management.
• Experience working with multiple international stakeholders and managing deliverables under strict deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Coupa.
• Experience managing complexity and supporting non-standard vendor contracts.
