Tender Agent

What you will do

• Support the end-to-end management of public and private customer tenders.
• Prepare, coordinate, review, and deliver tender submissions and related documents within agreed deadlines.
• Research requirements, search for documents, collect data, and support compliance with public procurement rules.
• Coordinate with logistics, sales, marketing, and other internal stakeholders.
• Track contracts, manage issues, report trends, respond to stakeholder inquiries, and place sample orders.
• Support process and system improvements and the final sign-off of proposals.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in contract and/or tender management.
• Background or strong interest in administration or legal topics.
• Proficiency in Spanish is required.
• Strong administrative, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of MS Office and a calm, professional approach to customer and stakeholder communication.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Portuguese.
