MSMS EP/NV Supply Chain Leader (MedTech)

Location: Switzerland, Belgium, or the Netherlands; the role requires approximately 30% travel.

What you will do

• Define and execute the end-to-end supply chain strategy for the MSM cluster, covering service, cost, inventory, and cash performance.
• Partner with Commercial leadership on supply reliability, product launches, tenders, portfolio lifecycle management, and business growth.
• Own customer service performance and improve OTIF, fill rate, lead time, and customer experience.
• Coordinate Planning, Customer Service, Distribution and Transportation, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Finance.
• Manage supply chain risks, shortages, escalations, and allocation strategies across regional and global stakeholders.
• Lead organizational capability development, talent development, succession planning, continuous improvement, and digital transformation.

Requirements

• 15+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience, including senior leadership in complex and matrixed environments.
• Experience leading regional or global supply chain organizations and transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in IBP/S&OP, enterprise-level decision-making, planning, logistics, inventory, and customer service.
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or other regulated industries is required.
• Demonstrated people management, leadership development, cross-functional influence, and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.

Nice to have

• APICS, IBF, PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with ERP systems, OMP, advanced planning tools, and analytics.
