Functional Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote within Latin America; candidates must be based in Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, or Uruguay

What you will do

• Support the Functional Lead throughout end-to-end Visualfabriq implementation projects.
• Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements from client stakeholders.
• Create functional specifications, process flows, and actionable user stories.
• Configure Visualfabriq platform settings according to approved functional designs.
• Lead client workshops and User Acceptance Testing activities.
• Investigate functional issues, escalate design risks, and coordinate with technical and business teams.

Requirements

• Experience with Visualfabriq implementations, or business analysis or product ownership for enterprise platforms.
• Functional knowledge of Trade Promotion Management, Trade Promotion Optimization, and Revenue Growth Management.
• Hands-on configuration experience with enterprise SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, CPGvision, Oracle Demantra, Vistex, Vividly, or Anaplan.
• Ability to gather client requirements, facilitate discovery workshops, and produce functional documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and client-facing skills.
• Native or fluent Spanish and fluent English are mandatory; candidates must be based in Latin America.
