Location: Hybrid work at the Bogota office, Colombia

What you will do
- Analyze business requirements and design functional solutions for the Delivery Management system.
- Prepare feasibility studies, solution overview documents, interface control documents, and product specifications.
- Present functional walkthroughs and coordinate with Product Management, Project Management, customers, and relevant technical divisions.
- Support test strategy implementation, review test plans, and maintain traceability between tests and specifications.
- Investigate, validate, and prioritize production incidents to protect system integrity.
- Participate in Agile forums, team meetings, solution assessments, and other team ceremonies.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of progressive work-related experience, including experience in travel industry analytics and/or product development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.
- Ability to write clear, structured documentation and analyze objectives, options, and plans.
- Experience with Jira and previous exposure to SAFe Agile.
- Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from the Bogota office.
