IT Service Design Lead

Location: Remote, based in Manila, Philippines

What you will do

• Shape service design and change approaches for priority IT initiatives to support understanding and adoption.
• Partner with Service Operations to improve support readiness, IT request pathways, and the service catalogue.
• Support Security roadmap initiatives by translating technical requirements into practical guidance.
• Build a non-punitive security awareness and training model, including phishing simulations and follow-up support.
• Improve employee lifecycle workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and role changes in partnership with the People Team.
• Provide direction and coaching to the Change & Communications Coordinator.

Requirements

• Strong organisational, change leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to structure complex rollouts with clear plans, owners, audiences, and support requirements.
• Critical thinking and the ability to identify operational friction and service gaps.
• Experience building trusted relationships across Security, People, and Operations teams.
• Ability to coach others, provide context and feedback, and support independent ownership.
• Comfort working with ambiguity, prioritising high-value workstreams, and making first-pass recommendations.
