GIS Manager - Group

Location: Toronto, Canada; on-site

Salary: CAD 130,000–170,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership for the GIS function and align capabilities with business, operational, infrastructure, and asset-management objectives.
• Develop the enterprise GIS roadmap, governance framework, standards, operating model, and delivery processes.
• Lead the administration, architecture, security, and evolution of ArcGIS Enterprise and related GIS environments.
• Establish data governance, metadata, quality, access control, and data lifecycle management practices.
• Lead integrations with enterprise systems, asset-management platforms, engineering systems, and corporate data sources.
• Oversee GIS applications, dashboards, web maps, field solutions, KPIs, budgets, risks, stakeholder relationships, change management, training, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Experience with Esri platforms, including ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, Portal for ArcGIS, and ArcGIS Server.
• Experience with Experience Builder, ArcGIS Dashboards, Web AppBuilder, Instant Apps, Field Maps, Survey123, and QuickCapture.
• Proficiency in Python, ArcPy, Arcade, FME or FME Flow, REST APIs, feature services, web services, and SQL databases.
• Knowledge of GIS architecture, standards, metadata, data governance, security, and access management.
• Experience managing GIS resources, priorities, work plans, budgets, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring to GIS Specialists and GIS Technicians.
