What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product design vision across visual design, interaction design, workflows, and platform evolution.
• Define and execute design strategy connected to measurable business and product outcomes.
• Build, scale, and lead a global design organization through hiring, mentoring, and talent development.
• Advance design systems and UX practices across a complex, developer-facing product suite.
• Guide design for agentic and AI-driven features and represent design with executive and global stakeholders.
• Partner with Product and Engineering and engage customers, users, and industry leaders to turn insights into high-impact solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of management experience in product design, UX, or a related field, including globally scaled teams.
• End-to-end product design leadership experience covering visual design, interaction design, workflows, product strategy, and platform evolution.
• Deep expertise in design systems and UX best practices for developer tools, API-based tools, or similarly complex products.
• Good understanding of the agentic domain and its influence on product and design decisions.
• Strong executive-level collaboration, communication, mentoring, and talent-development skills.
• Experience engaging users and industry leaders and translating customer and market insights into actionable design solutions.
