Talent Acquisition Apprentice (Retail)

What you will do

• Create and publish job advertisements for retail roles.
• Source candidates, build talent pipelines, and support retail hiring.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communication while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Support hiring managers, onboarding, and People administration.
• Maintain recruitment and employee data in People systems.
• Contribute to employer branding and recruitment events.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree programme and eligible for an apprenticeship contract in France.
• In the final stage of studies, preferably in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong organisational, administrative, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in recruitment, human resources, retail, customer service, or administration.
• French language skills.
