Technical Product Manager (Enterprise AI & IT)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States

Salary: $101,000–$127,000 gross annual base salary in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island; actual compensation depends on work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies.

What you will do

• Own the Enterprise AI and IT project and product intake process, including request standards, discovery, prioritization, sizing, and decision-making.
• Maintain and communicate roadmaps across IT platforms, internal tools, AI capabilities, and automation initiatives, including dependencies, risks, milestones, and tradeoffs.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through launch and adoption with Engineering, IT, Security, Data, Legal/Compliance, Operations, and business stakeholders.
• Translate business pain points into product opportunities, requirements, user stories, success measures, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
• Identify, evaluate, and deliver enterprise AI use cases such as workflow automation, knowledge assistants, copilots, and task-oriented agents.
• Test and validate AI automations and agents, establish monitoring and safety controls, coordinate pilots and rollouts, and drive measurable adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, business systems, IT, or a related field.
• Experience delivering cross-functional technology initiatives and taking AI enablement or transformation initiatives from pilot to production.
• Working knowledge of enterprise IT, SaaS applications, integrations and APIs, identity and access management, data flows, security, and change management.
• Hands-on experience evaluating AI products, automation workflows, or agents, including testing real scenarios and edge cases.
• Strong understanding of AI quality and risk considerations, including accuracy, groundedness, privacy, permissions, security, reliability, observability, and human oversight.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, judgment, and ability to turn ambiguous problems into measurable product outcomes.
