Senior Business Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Limassol or Tbilisi; four days in the office and one day remotely

What you will do

• Analyze product initiatives and define detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements with the Product Manager.
• Prepare product specifications, PRDs, user scenarios, business rules, product logic, states, dependencies, and edge cases.
• Analyze existing product behavior and maintain consistency across the Chart interface and established user experience patterns.
• Collaborate with Designers on user flows and with Engineers on technical constraints, integrations, synchronization, and dependencies.
• Support initiatives from requirements elaboration through production release and subsequent product improvements.
• Maintain product documentation and analyze user feedback to refine released functionality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst; System Analyst experience is also considered when it includes business requirements gathering and user-facing products.
• Hands-on experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting product requirements, including PRDs, functional requirements, user scenarios, or use cases.
• Ability to structure complex product logic and identify edge cases, dependencies, and inconsistencies.
• Understanding of UX principles and experience collaborating with Designers on user-facing functionality.
• Sufficient technical knowledge to discuss component interactions, integrations, synchronization, and constraints with Engineers.
• General understanding of financial markets and major instruments such as stocks, bonds, ETFs, currencies, and cryptocurrencies.
