TL;DR
Business Analyst (Presales) (Software Development): Developing research-driven presales content, analytical reports, presentations, and success stories for international software development projects with an accent on structuring complex information, BPMN/UML, and customer-focused solution positioning. Focus on researching client challenges, presenting insights to C-level stakeholders, and aligning messaging across sales, marketing, and delivery teams.

What you will do
- Develop presales content, including presentations, white papers, success stories, overview materials, and analytical reports.
- Conduct market and company-specific research to identify potential client challenges and opportunities.
- Translate research findings into structured professional documents and presentation materials.
- Present presales materials to clients, including C-level stakeholders, and communicate complex insights and value propositions.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to align messaging and solution positioning.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis.
- Experience with presales activities and a strong understanding of the presales process.
- Experience preparing expert content, presentations, analytical reports, and other overview materials.
- Ability to structure complex information and explain solution value from the customer’s perspective.
- Experience with BPMN and UML, plus the ability to learn new industries and subject areas quickly.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher required.
Nice to have
- Experience documenting completed projects and collaborating with commercial teams.
- Experience across multiple industries and different types of client requests.
- International professional certifications such as PSPO or PSM.
