Night Shift Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Kingsport, Tennessee, United States; onsite night-shift role

What you will do

• Supervise and support union employees producing metal closures.
• Maintain product quality, food safety compliance, and a strong workplace safety culture.
• Apply SPC principles, SOPs, and productivity standards.
• Manage equipment and production flow to maximize efficiency.
• Develop, mentor, and assign work while maintaining labor contract compliance.
• Lead communication and foster a positive workplace in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Experience as a production supervisor, manufacturing supervisor, or shift supervisor.
• Union experience preferred.
• Associate or bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced production environment.
